What Is Feeling Fab?
Feeling Fab curates monthly yoga lifestyle, well-being, and wellness boxes to help you build your self-care routine. We deliver 5-to-6 handpicked products straight to your doorstep, striving to source only cruelty-free, natural and non-toxic products because we believe everyone deserves a cleaner life—without breaking the bank. Our goal is to help you discover new and exciting clean brands that will enable you to build your own unique self-care ritual, bridging mind, body and spiritual wellness together.
What Is Self-Care?
To be honest, self-care is different for everyone—but we’re going to try to define it anyway. Self-care is an intentional action that you do to take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. It could be going on a morning run, meditating for 10 minutes before bed, eating a healthy plant-based lunch, or just taking an hour on the weekend to soak in the bath. It could even be ignoring your phone calls and watching Netflix in bed all weekend. What works for you may not work for your BFF—and vice versa. And that’s OK: self-care should not be a burden, but it can be challenging at first. We’re not here to tell you how to self-care. We’re here to make it a little more enjoyable and luxurious.
How Does Feeling Fab Membership Work?
Right around the 11th of each month, we will ship a beautifully designed box filled with an assortment of natural and cruelty-free wellness, health, and beauty products. If you subscribe today, your subscription will start with our Welcome Box. The Welcome Box will be your first month's box, then you'll move to the regular cycle. Your subscription payment plus flat fee shipping is deducted from your account around the 18th of the previous month.
When Will I Receive My First Box?
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first Feeling Fab Box. If you sign up before the 8th of the month, you will receive the current month box (for example, if you sign up before June 8th, you will receive a June box that should arrive approximately between June 14th and 17th). Anyone who subscribes after this period will receive the following month's box.

Why Was My Subscription Renewed?
Feeling Fab Box is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle, the same as most other services of its type. We do this to ensure all fabulous members don’t miss a single Feeling Fab Ritual.
If you want to change or cancel your subscription, please log into your subscription page and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have signed up for a multi-month subscription, you will still be charged for the remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term. If you have any problems, you can email fabmail@feelingfabbox.com and we will be happy to help.
How Does 'COMMITMENT TERMS' Plan Works?

Commitment Period: Your subscription is based on a six-month commitment term. This means that you agreed to maintain an active subscription for a minimum duration of six months from the date of purchase.

Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed according to the billing cycle specified during the sign-up process. Please refer to your account details or billing statements for specific information regarding the dates and amounts of each billing cycle.

Payment Obligation: By accepting the commitment term subscription, you agreed to fulfill the financial obligation for the entire duration of the commitment period. This includes payment for each monthly installment within the six-month term or twelve-month term.

Cancellation Policy: As per the terms of the commitment term subscription, cancellation requests before the completion of the six-month commitment period are not eligible for a refund or waiver of future payments. We are unable to accommodate early cancellations without fulfilling the full commitment term.

Limit on Multiple 'COMMITMENT TERMS' Subscriptions:
As part of our policy, customers are not allowed to independently sign up for more than two commitment term subscription plans. We have implemented this limit to ensure fair access to our services and prevent any potential misuse.

PAYMENT:
You agree to pay for all orders made from your Account in accordance with the prices and billing terms in effect at the time an order is made from your Account. You also agree to pay all applicable taxes. To make an order from an Account, you must provide valid payment information (e.g. credit card, debit card, and/or a Gift Card) through the Site. By placing an order through your Account, you also agree and authorize (1) the payment method(s) you provide to be immediately charged for all fees and taxes applicable to your order, (2) Feeling Fab Box to automatically charge alternative payment methods associated with your account if a primary payment method is declined or no longer available, (3) Feeling Fab Box to share payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions between Feeling Fab Box, our payment processors, and their third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services), and (4) no additional notice or consent is required for the foregoing authorizations. You agree to immediately update your Account in the event of any change in your payment information. Feeling Fab Box reserves the right at any time to change its billing methods. If a payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled. If a payment is not successfully paid and you do not edit your payment method or cancel your purchase of a Product, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the payment method, as it may be updated. Feeling Fab Box reserves the right to collect any outstanding payment due, and may transfer the collection of your outstanding balance to a third party collection agency.
Can Feeling Fab Membership Be Paused?
Yes, this is possible with our no-commitment plans only! You can skip a month by logging into your account and selecting the 'Skip a Month' option. You must do so before our renewal date, which is the 18th of every month.
Our 6 and 12-month subscriptions are commitments to the full length of the term. No refunds or early cancellations before the 6 or 12 month term has ended. All 6 and 12-month plans rebill on the 18th of the month and ship the second week of the new month. All plans auto-renew monthly after the commitment term. Cancel upcoming renewal at any time.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Once your subscription has been renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each monthly renewal date. Once a box enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel the order and prevent the box from shipping to its destination. If you made a mistake during checkout or have a sudden change of heart, please send an email to fabmail@feelingfabbox.com right away, and we’ll absolutely do our best to accommodate a refund, if possible, before your Feeling Fab Box enters the fulfillment process.
COMMITMENT TERM PLANS: No refunds or early cancellations before the 6 or 12-month term has ended. IF your six or twelve-month subscription is renewed for another six or twelve month term, you have a seven day grace period to contact us at fabmail@feelingfabbox.com and ask for a refund.
Where Is My Box?
Boxes are usually shipped the second week of the month. However, occasionally delays may occur due to extreme weather, holidays or any other unforeseen circumstances. If you are missing your box, give an extra few days and shoot us an email to FabMail@FeelingFabBox.com
What Is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final and nonrefundable; even if they have yet to ship. However, your feedback is important to us, if you are having any issues please let us know. If your FFB arrives damaged, we are more than happy to send you a replacement if inventory allows. Please email us at fabmail@feelingfabbox.com to inquire.
How Can I Change My Billing / Delivery Address?
Address changes must be made 48 hours before the shipping date in order to take effect for the next month’s shipment (e.g. to change the shipping address for your February FFB, you will have to update it by February 6th).
Please follow the below steps to update your address information:
• Log into your account
• Select the subscription that you would like to update within the 'current subscriptions' section
• At the right top of this page, you will find an 'address' section
• This is where you will be able to add/edit your address
• Please note that unless changed 48 hours before the shipping date (10th of the month), the following month will go to the previous address provided
*If the address is not updated in time, the shipping label will be printed with the previous address. If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, FFB will not be liable for a reshipment.

- Month to Month Plan: $39.99 plus $5.99 flat shipping fee on the 18th of every month. You can cancel at any time.
- 6 Month Commitment Plan: $37.77 plus $5.99 flat shipping fee on the 18th of every month for 6 months. You can cancel after 6 months.
- 12 Month Commitment Plan: $36.99 plus $5.99 flat shipping fee on the 18th of every month for 12 months. You can cancel after 12 months.
